WHO WE ARE

Architects, we worked in renowned offices in France and in The Netherlands and developed our inspiration through building projects for public clients.

Enjoying working together, we fabricate furnitures for particular clients and support them with their interior project.

WHAT WE DO

What is an Advanced mission ?

 

The Advanced mission is defined by the Inspiration meeting, the preliminary design followed by the design brief and the detailled design. We help you making the right choices according to your budget,

We produce a dossier for each valid phase. At the end of the Advanced mission you will get a folder including:

 

  • statement of work

  • plans and sections

  • materials choices

  • 3d visualisations / model

  • overview of required permissions

 

If a permission or a building permit is required, we prepare the complete dossier for the local government office and the technical folder of your project. Fees depends on the project's complexity and size.
